If you find the same merchandise for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase date, Premier Clocks will refund the difference between the two orders to you, provided that the following criteria is met:
- Order must be for the exact same item(s) and model number(s), which must be in stock on the competitor's website.
- Order must have the same delivery method and level of service.
- Order must be from an online-only supplier (not a Brick & Mortar store or hybrid).
- Order cannot be from a discounter or auction site (i.e. eBay, Overstock, etc.).
- Order must be from an Authorized Retailer for the item in question.
- Order must be brand new, factory-direct.
- We won't match any limited quantity, deal-of-the-day, flash sales, clearance, closeout, discontinued, “doorbuster,” Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Green Monday prices.
- We won't match price that is based upon rebates, coupons, financing offers, errors, bundling of products or services, gift cards, or gift card offers.
To request your partial refund, send us an email with the link to the same product on our website, or on our competitor’s website within 30 days of your purchase and we will process the credit.
