    The clock hands would not move. Chime worked fine, pendulum worked fine, but not clock hands. I followed all instructions correctly. I chatted on 5-19-2025 with customer service rep at Howard Miller & he identified my order with Home Bars USA/Premiier Clocks, order #2750816, and said I would be contacted in 72 hours concerning correcting the situation. That would have been Thursday, 5-22-2025, but no one contacted me. Can you help me.

    I would like to say I was completely wrong in the above review. Premier Clocks was never at fault as they are not the manufacturer of the clock I bought. Also, I was at fault in not noticing the clock required four batteries, not three, as it initially looked like to me. The fourth battery slot was underneath the pendulum and was easy, in my opinion, to miss. In any case, Premier was never at fault.
